Opus and Nimboo Design + Style in association with Four Seasons, have come together to bring you a fresh, creative, high energy market that will showcase young, talented designers from around the country. Designers are mostly from outside of Bangalore and include everything from jewellery, clothes, accessories to shoes, bags, artefacts and lots more!!
The July edition will see:
Nimboo Closet (clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery and accessories); Time Out Magazine; Opus (Opus merchandise, t-shirts, mugs, candles, ashtrays); chilli billi (handpicked, on-trend global style: clothes, shoes, handbags, accessories and a few collectibles/curios); Anushka Mayne (self designed and hand painted shoes); Gitika Goyal (an assorted range of holiday wear using Chikan Hand Embroidery, mostly white on white, with some over-dyed blacks in beautiful cottons and a smattering of summery colours in silk); Nikinis (colourful beachwear and bikinis from Goa); Tarot Reading by Gitika; Glynt Jewels (retail two brand labels Gitika Singh Studio & Glynt. The product range offered combines silver with various materials like wood, ceramic and semi precious stones); Shikha Golchha (contemporary silver jewellery line with ethnic traces. There is a touch of colour in each piece with the use of coloured natural stones)

Saturday Night Live at Opus, in the Creek (Brookefields), 11th July 9 pm onwards: 'AGNEE'
Mohan: The lead vocalist of the band, Mohan’s primary musical instrument is the Mridangam. Mohan’s forte is the way he manages to combine his understanding of melody and rhythm together to create his own unique style, both in compositions as well as on stage.
Koko: The lead guitarist of the band, Koko’s sound is one that has inspired musicians all over India to take up the guitar. He incorporates various other styles of playing, including finger picking, jazz, funk and a lot of acoustic playing with equal panache, giving the band a wider musical range. Koko and Mohan form the composing duo of Agnee.



ABANDONFRIDAY, 10th July 9 pm onward at Opus (Palace Cross Road): 'Sharik Hasan & Karan Joseph'

Sharik Hasan has an impressive background in music having studied piano at Longy School of Music in Boston under the tutelage of renowned Russian concert pianist Ludmilla Lifson and later at the Bangalore School of Music. He started his tryst with the piano at the age of five and by sixteen, had completed the curricula of the Royal School of Music, London and Trinity School of Music, Cambridge. I really love the sound coming from the piano. Every time that i listen this rhythm i feel comfortable and i can improve my mood. I like to read useful information too, so this blog is amazing.
